Northern Ireland NBA AGM and Open Farmer Meeting

The NBA Northern Ireland Council invites their members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), commencing at 7.00pm on Monday 10th April at the Agri-food and Biosciences Institute’s (AFBI) research farm, Hillsborough, BT26 6DR.
At the AGM, nominations will be called for the Northern Ireland Council Chairman, Vice Chairman and Council Secretary.
The Council would like to extend an invitation to all cattle farmers in Northern Ireland to consider joining the NBA and its Council, particularly from areas that are not currently represented.
The AGM will be followed by an open farmers meeting commencing at 8.00pm.
The meeting will welcome a number of guest speakers, including Francis Lively of AFBI presenting on ‘Current and future research within the beef sector’ and a representative from Boehringer Ingelheim speaking on ‘Effective BVD eradication’ including their Bovela vaccine.
